Nele Baplu (author), l'Altra Follia & polemiek (living room cafe) join forces for an intimate narration in word and music from Baplu's second novel 'Jij bent mijn vingers' (ISBN 9789464653694).
Nele Baplu tells the main storyline of this sensory and pure novel:
- Ruth is in the last year of her education at the conservatory. She doesn't just play the cello. She breathes the cello. Yet that is not good enough. When Hannah, her teacher, tries to bring out a better musician in Ruth, she strikes a chord with her student and herself. -
Delejan Brynaert (violin) and Shuya Tanaka (cello) interpret the story musically and Polemiek not only provides the perfect atmosphere in the living room, but also the setting in which the second part of the novel takes place.
